UFW200多功能摩擦磨損試驗儀

UFW200系統(tǒng)是一種評價各種磨耗的設(shè)備，如旋轉(zhuǎn)，往復(fù)，環(huán)塊試驗，劃痕試驗等。因此，它可以對旋轉(zhuǎn)，往復(fù)，磨料磨損，振動等的磨損情況進(jìn)行鑒別。
UFW200系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計，可以在不同溫度，濕度，真空，氣體等環(huán)境下，能有效的完成各種摩擦、磨損試驗。
UFW200系統(tǒng)可對金屬材料，陶瓷材料，復(fù)合材料，涂層材料，以及納米生物材料等各種材料的磨耗、磨損程度進(jìn)行鑒別。
通過靜負(fù)載設(shè)備，可以在小負(fù)荷和大負(fù)荷的范圍內(nèi)調(diào)整使用負(fù)載。
UFW200系數(shù)在磨損試驗中，實時測量磨耗量與摩擦系數(shù)，同時可以把信息儲存在電腦里。
在磨耗試驗過程中，可根據(jù)不同的試驗?zāi)康?，調(diào)節(jié)濕度和溫度，溫度調(diào)節(jié)采用熱氣控制的對流加熱方式。
UFW200系數(shù)的特點在于，它可以用一個設(shè)備執(zhí)行多個模塊測試，也可以用一個設(shè)備對一個模塊的磨耗、摩擦試驗，從而能夠獲得更可靠的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。
